Refund & Claims Policy

Once an order has been placed through the site, confirmed by Doors Direct and sent, the receiver will not be able to return the goods ordered, unless they are damaged in transit. The onus is on the customer ordering to make sure that the goods ordered, and their quantities are indeed correct.

Doors Direct warrants that goods sold are in good order at the time of dispatch. Should goods be received in damaged condition, this must be clearly marked on the waybill or delivery note, and details of the damages must be communicated to Doors Direct immediately.

No claims for shortages or goods damaged in transit will be considered unless the waybill or delivery note has been endorsed with details of the shortage or damages and that Doors Direct has been notified within 24 hours of receipt of damaged or short delivered goods.
