As many of the products are made to order, lead times are all displayed on our website. From the time that we despatch your order you should receive it within 24 – 48 hours.

Doors Direct makes every effort to deliver products that are undamaged and in good working order, but unfortunately there are times when products may be damaged during shipping. In these instances we will replace products that were damaged during shipping, as long as proof of purchase (in the form of an invoice), can be shown.
